The system is made up of Connectors (5381-5390), Ultra Track and a 5305 Plate Kit. Connectors attach the Ultra Tracks in various configurations and the Plate Kit (you supply the router and a 1/2" bit) rides against the Connectors & Tracks to machine the material. • 5382 90º Corner Connector makes inside or outside corners. Cuts a 1-1/2" inside radius and a 6" outside radius, or a sharp outside corner by repositioning the tracks.
• The connectors attach to the Ultra Tracks with ratchet handles so all adjustments are quick and toolless.
• Ribs machined into the Connectors allow intersecting Ultra Tracks to bypass each other, so you don't need exact track lengths for your setup.
• When the end of a track hangs over an edge of the work, it's easily repositioned to allow cutting the edge it hangs over. This way the Corner Connectors are able to cut a sharp outside corner or a radius.
